Check the Screen Surface<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cleanliness:<\/strong>\u00a0Make sure the screen is clean and fresh. Use a sturdy, lint-free cloth in order to remove fingerprints, dust or dirt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Without accessories:<\/strong>\u00a0Screen protectors or casings that may interfere with touch sensitivity shall be removed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Restart the iPhone<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes a simple reboot can solve temporary problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Models with Face ID:<\/strong>\u00a0Press and hold the side button and one of the volume buttons until the power off slider appears. Force a Restart<\/strong> if the screen is frozen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>iPhone<\/strong> <strong>8 or later:<\/strong>\u00a0Quickly press and release the volume up button, then the volume down button, and finally hold down the side button until you see the Apple logo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>7 and 7 Plus:<\/strong>\u00a0Simultaneously press and hold the side button and the volume down button until the Apple logo is located.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>6s or earlier:<\/strong>\u00a0Press and hold the home button and the top or side button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Disconnect External Accessories<\/strong> that cause problems to the display<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have a charger or other accessory connected to the Lightning port, disconnect it.
