Below you will find the steps to follow:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Use recovery mode<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recovery mode is ideal for less serious problems. Follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Install iTunes\/Finder<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On a Mac with macOS Catalina or later, use Finder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier, or on a PC, install or update iTunes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Connect the iPhone<\/strong>\u00a0to the computer via a cable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Enter recovery mode<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Force restart<\/strong>\u00a0according to your model:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>iPhone 8 or later, iPhone SE (2nd generation):<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quickly press and release the button.\u00a0<strong>turn up the volume<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quickly press and release the button on the\u00a0<strong>turn down<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press and hold the\u00a0<strong>ignition<\/strong>\u00a0until you see the recovery mode screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>iPhone 7 and 7 Plus:<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press and hold the\u00a0<strong>turn down<\/strong>\u00a0and that of\u00a0<strong>ignition<\/strong>\u00a0until the recovery mode appears.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>iPhone 6s and earlier, iPhone SE (1st generation):<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press and hold the\u00a0<strong>home<\/strong>\u00a0and that of\u00a0<strong>ignition<\/strong>\u00a0until the recovery mode appears.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Select an option in iTunes or Finder<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A message will appear with the options for\u00a0<strong>Update<\/strong>\u00a0o\u00a0<strong>Restore<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First, try to\u00a0<strong>Update<\/strong>\u00a0to keep your data. If it fails, select\u00a0<strong>Restore<\/strong>\u00a0(this will delete the device).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Using DFU mode<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DFU mode allows you a deeper restore, it is especially useful if the iPhone is unresponsive or has serious problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Enter DFU mode<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Connect the iPhone<\/strong>\u00a0to the computer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Follow these combinations according to your model<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>iPhone 8 or later:<\/strong>\n<ol DFU mode.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>iPhone 7 and 7 Plus:<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press and hold the\u00a0<strong>ignition<\/strong>\u00a0and that
